This 1-1/2 inch aluminum oxide flap wheel with a grit number of P120 is designed for medium-grit blending and applying light scratch patterns on various materials. The wheel features a premium aluminum oxide blend for excellent cut rates during low-pressure finishing operations. Its heavy cotton/polyester blended flaps offer extended durability, conformability, and superior wear resistance. With a steel shank integrated into the wheel, it provides excellent balance and ensures chatter-free finishes. The wheel operates at a maximum speed of 25,000 RPM, making it ideal for air tools with a collet design, and is perfect for achieving a finer finish compared to other abrasive products.
