These Hi-Vis flame-resistant coveralls offer robust protection against dirt, grease, and contaminants while ensuring full coverage in hazardous work environments. Constructed from FR-Tech® fabric, an 88% premium cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon blend (7 oz/240 GSM), these coveralls meet CGSB 155.20-2017 and NFPA 2112-2018 standards, and are certified to UL. They are CSA Z96-22 Class 1 Level 2 and Class 1 Level FR compliant and adhere to ASTM F1506-20A, NFPA 70E-2021, and CSA Z462-2021. The coveralls feature an Arc Thermal Protective Value (ATPV) of 9.7 cal/cm² and an ARC 2 rating, with an Average Thermal Protective Performance (TPP) value of 8.4 cal/cm². Key features include double-stitched StarTech® FR reflective tape, aramid inherently FR thread, and guaranteed flame resistance for the garment's life. They also include a radiophone clip strap, a 2-way FR brass zipper, 18" covered leg zippers, 7 storage pockets (2 back, 2 chest, 2 side, 1 tool), 2 pass-through pockets, adjustable wrists and ankles, an action back, and elastic on either side of the waistband for enhanced comfort.
